The main objective of this role is to develop and strengthen key capabilities within the sales teams, ensuring high-impact development solutions that drive commercial performance in the High Specialty market. The main responsibilities include: Define and align strategic capabilities: Develop key capabilities and soft skills in Sales and Marketing teams by building relationships with franchise leaders to understand challenges and create innovative solutions for competitiveness in the High Specialty market. Diagnosis through field accompaniment: Spend 50% of your work time in the field, collaborating closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in leadership, management, and commercial execution. Learning facilitation and coaching: Lead learning and development programs by adapting global and regional training solutions to local needs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales and marketing teams, strengthening leadership skills, and promoting talent development within the organization. Track Progress: Monitor the Commercial Team's progress to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and identify areas for enhancement. ¿Why You? Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economic-Administrative, or Health fields. Experience in leading Learning and Development programs in the pharmaceutical industry to enhance commercial capabilities for sales teams, serving as a business partner to diagnose needs, implement solutions, provide training, and monitor progress to improve team performance and drive commercial success. Advanced proficiency in English. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both face-to-face and virtual, with a consultative approach to advising the business and the ability to influence and inspire others. Adept at teamwork, innovation, and learning agility, with strong analytical and synthesis skills. Preferred Qualifications: In addition to the basic requirements, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
