Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Manager, Electric Transmission & Distribution Permitting, the incumbent will support analysis of and make recommendations for the support and development of internal processes, standards, specifications to develop more efficient and transparent processes. The incumbent will bring projects to closure, develop and communicate business cases to support recommendation and monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes. Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively lead and facilitate multiple project teams simultaneously. Ability to quickly resolve complex problems and adjust work plans with limited supervision. Proficiency in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management. Strong customer service orientation. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for providing routine support to the E&S Electric Transmission & Distribution Permitting team.
Job Duties to Include:
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Business Performance Analyst: 2-3+ years of relevant experience in directly related field.
Senior Business Analyst: 5 years of relevant experience in a directly related field.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Preferred Discipline(s): Business, Business Management, Business Administration.
Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.
