Business Performance and Metrics Consultant
Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Business Performance and Metrics Consultant for their Remote location. Responsibilities: + Facilitation of critical meetings to drive metric creation, metric remediation, and determine the level of escalation when gaps/challenges are identified (executive level vs LOB level) + Gather Metric Business Requirements (blue in attached) – this can take multiple iterations before passing it to Data Requirements. + Clearly defines metric definitions/scope, rationale, and thresholds. + Engaging with teams that are responsible for adherence/monitoring for policies/procedures, cyber risk engine, standards, and controls to ensure alignment with current key/core metrics + Gain knowledge of usage of Power BI to be able to quickly create executive level reporting + Central contact for 1st and 2nd line risk partners (Risk Management Program, Cyber Risk Advisors, 2nd Line Risk Advisors) + Ensure executive level root cause commentary is gathered for key/core metrics that are out of tolerance by SLA. + Represent Metric Owners during certain executive forums based on prior insights provided + Facilitation of “Go to Green” sessions with capability SMEs and/or Infosec Data Insights + Capturing action items and track down follow ups (as applicable) during executive leadership metric forums. Requirements: + In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, etc.) + Effective verbal and written communication, sufficient to provide information to others. + Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines. + Experience managing small projects + Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders.
