Supports the ET Business Management Operations (BMO) team in developing a reporting roadmap, validating reporting, and providing analysis and insights. Works closely with key stakeholders to develop, promote, and advance ET operational reporting management, tools and dashboards. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Develop business performance reporting artifacts using Truist preferred data and visualization tooling. 2. Use data wrangling and data engineering capabilities to source and prepare data for use in business performance reporting. 3. Use data science capabilities to deliver insight on Truist and Enterprise Technology strategic objectives. 4. Develop and maintain documentation for business performance reporting data and visualization products. 5. Collaborate with Enterprise Technology teams and partners to define business performance reporting requirements. 6. Create performance summaries and recommendations for improvement in Enterprise Technology performance metrics. **QUALIFICATIONS** Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2. In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, etc.) 3. Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines. Experience managing small projects 4. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders. Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. Demonstrated experience using business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Qliksense, and SAS 2.
