As a Business Performance Controller (focus on Capex transformation) you will be part of the Zoetermeer Finance and Masterplan (Transformation) team whose end goal is to bring to live ambitious plan of modernization of one of the biggest factories in Danone Group.
You will be the finance lead for Capital Expenditure & Transformation investments including project opex monitoring, cash out management, delivering accurate rolling forecast and support financial business cases to help create short and long term value for Supply point Zoetermeer.
About the Job
Reporting to the Business and Performance Controlling Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Contribute to the strategic & transformation plan supporting & building the Capital Investment plan.Deliver accurate Financial forecasting during Rolling Forecasts in close collaboration with Transformation team and project leaders.Co-Lead with Digital, Engineering and Maintenace the Monthly Capex review meetings (incl agenda, minutes & actions).Support and help prioritize investment proposals.Challenge and build financial business cases for medium large CapEx investments including pay-back analysis and output KPIs.Educate teams to ensure financial input is updated timely and correct in project CapEx monitoring tracker file.Business partnering with project leaders in daily tracking of the project steps, ROI, approval status and cash out status.Animating of CAP Tool ; including Creation of CAR in the electronic approval system, continuously help improve CAR content and following up the approval flow.Making Risk & Opportunities analysis for project implementation and help identify of mitigation plan in case needed.Monitor the Transformation (Master Plan) project opex.Becoming back – up for costing process

To succeed in this role you fulfil the following:
Relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.Solid understanding and experience in Controlling, minimum 5 yearsMust be numerate, analytical and have good oral & written communication skillsHave hands on experience of modern integrated ERP systems & proficient in the use of excelAffinity with BI tools Open to commute to Zoetermeer office 3 days per weekWorking at Danone is a unique experience.
