Business Performance Manager

About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled and ambitious Business Performance Manager to join our Retail Excellence team at Bay Audio Australia, a brand of Amplifon.  The Retail Excellence department aims to provide full control of the most relevant business and in store KPIs to drive sales and productivity, hitting company targets and guaranteeing continuous funnel improvement through the best in-store customer experience.

The Business Performance Manager plays a critical role within the Retail Excellence team, focusing on the continual improvement of business and all KPIs to drive business productivity. This role is integral to achieving company targets and ensuring an exceptional cross functional alignment on all key initiatives through strategic data analysis and business intelligence activities coupled with excellent project management skills.

The Business Performance Manager will be partnering with key stakeholders within the Company, will be part of a dynamic and young team, motivated to do the extra mile every day. He/she will work on both medium- and long-term strategic projects in addition to supporting on delivering everyday excellence in execution.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Detailed Sales KPI Analysis: Provide comprehensive analysis of sales KPIs (TouchScreens, Appointments, HTO, Conversion & ASP) identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize shop performance. Partnership with Key Stakeholders: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and integration of performance strategies across the commercial organization – REX, Sales, Marketing, HR & Finance. Drive End-to-end Business Performance: Take full ownership in driving business performance in collaboration with a cross-functional team across all key drivers Project Management: Manage and execute both medium- and long-term projects aimed at enhancing business performance, in addition to addressing immediate operational needs. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative approaches to business performance challenges. Monitor Funnel Performance: Monitor the average length of each funnel segment, set targets, verify achievement, and define action plans if required. Collaborate with IT and Supply Chain: Work alongside IT, Supply Chain, and other company functions to reduce unproductive time and boost the productivity of our retail structure thereby enabling them to work under the company / industry guidelines Ensure Protocol Compliance: Ensure operative protocols are followed and executed appropriately. Share KPIs and Best Practices: Regularly share KPIs and best practices among SOMs & ROMs, with a focus on KPIs and routines of our retail structure. Enhance In-Store Experience: Guarantee the best in-store customer experience by working alongside the marketing department and acting as the connection point between Marketing and the Field Organization. Rostering Store Staff: Develop and manage efficient rostering for store staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity in line with business needs & with full alignment between Sales, REX, Finance & HR

About You

Master or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Engineering or Statistics. Expertise in management of complex data analysis, aligning to business impacts.  Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, statistics formulas) and PowerPoint to assemble and present information. Operational knowledge of Power B.I. (using the tool) Experience in industries and Projects where performance maximization is key Prior experience working in a global or international organisation.  Previous experience in Retail is desirable
