Position Summary:

The BP&A Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining budget and forecast models to track financial and operational performance metrics. They will prepare and analyze financial data to provide solid insights for internal clients. The role includes participating in financial projects related to cash management, financial protection, and corporate financing, and developing recommended solutions. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will prepare and analyze financial reports and performance metrics, identify costs and efficiency gaps, and recommend ways to reduce costs or improve processes and standards. They will also utilize various financial systems and tools, including Excel, SAP, BW, PBI, Hyperion, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field. (Professional license required)
• Fluency (speaking and writing) in both Spanish and English
• Two (2) years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field
