You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Planning &Analysis, Business Management, Financial Controlling or similar, preferably for international managed service,You have good understanding of accounting / financial / operational principles and experience in budgeting, forecasting, controlling, pricing and charging processes,You can run complex business analysis and build data driven recommendations to management,You are a fluent MS Office user, proficient in Excel and great in communicating with PPT,You complete tasks and achieve results in an efficient, timely and high-quality mannerYou are meticulous and have eye to detail,You are open to changes and work effectively when faced with new information, a changing situation and/or changing environment,You establish plans and identify tasks, priorities, timelines and resources needed to achieve goals,You have very good communication skills, enabling professional communication with senior stakeholders,You are a team player and communicate effectively with colleagues,You are fluent in English, reading and writing.

Your responsibilities

Driving and continuously improving business planning and financial control for global and cross-location teamsSetting the annual budget and overseeing related change management processMonthly monitoring and reporting of actual expenses, FTE resources and profitabilityOverseeing Hubs upstream and Gateway downstream chargesProviding support in reporting realized efficiencies and investmentsDefining / managing Transaction Monitoring charging modelBuilding and maintaining budget and resource rolling forecastActing as Subject Matter Expert and requirements owner to relevant financial systems and toolsRegular and ad hoc reporting to senior managementContinuous alignment with local and global finance teams

Business Intelligence, Management and Transformation (BIMT) provides services to the Global KYC Transaction Monitoring (TM) Organization. Its purpose is to drive oversight, change, business planning, reporting standards within ING TM Operations globally. The service is located within ING Hubs Poland.Global TM Service, part of COO Global KYC organization, interprets global ING KYC Policy, defines and rolls out procedures for TM, standardizing TM processes across business lines, leading towards effective and efficient TM Operations globally.You will join our experienced team of BIMT experts with material impact on global Oversight and Reporting strategy, implementation of regulatory commitments, efficiency improvements, implementation of new systems.The role gives you a unique entry to a dynamically growing family of professionals focused on Fighting Financial Crimes.The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “KYC Process Design & Control”.
