Position Summary
Reporting to Samsung Malaysia Electronics President, the Korean Speaking Business Planning and Reporting Manager tasks is to develop and implement strategic business plans to align with Head Office goals. To oversee short term and long-term business strategies to drive growth, efficiency and market competitiveness.Role and Responsibilities
STRATEGIC PLANNING – Develop and implement strategic business plans to align with corporate goals and drive company growth
FINANCIAL REPORTING – Prepare and present detailed financial report and forecast to President and HQ.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT – Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with Company objectives and efficient resource allocation
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS – Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION – Serve as the primary liaison between the local office, Regional Office and HQ, ensuring clear and effective communication of business strategies and performance metrics
MARKET RESEARCH– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business planning and decision planning
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the President, ensuring timely and successful completion

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.5 years of experience in business planning, financial reporting or a related roleStrong business acumenStrong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.Communication – ability to speak and write Korean Business language is a must.
