YOUR ROLE Plan events and refine the demand plan; also lead Demand Review meetings for the IMEA region. Act as a key counterpart to sales and marketing for all demand-influencing projects and parameters, integrating them into the demand plan (e.g., information on competitors gaining market share, increasing market growth, advertisements, and promotions). Manage Phase-In and Phase-Out processes for new launches, source changes, and global projects. Work in close collaboration with country heads, sales managers ,marketing and PM on business activities impacting the demand such as promotions/activations, tenders, new product introductions, product phase out, projects, wins/losses, price changes or market changes. Influence organization to go to the next level of S&OP process e.g. assist the implementation of integrated business planning, support the determination of a high-quality RFC, secure the demand plan sign-off. Lead Obsolete and Slow-Moving Inventory management across the region, identifying root causes, implementing preventive actions, and developing stock depletion plans. Steer biweekly S&OE meetings to track supply chain KPIs and ensure necessary actions are taken. Lead escalation to Supply Planning to enable commercial opportunities & mitigate risks Steer critical supply chain decisions and investments as part of S&OP Processes. Drive Portfolio Optimization by managing the end-to-end process for complexity reduction with relevant stakeholders. Define and maintain material supply strategies for the portfolio. Continuously improve the business planning process in line with the global planning operating model. YOUR SKILLS University degree in Industrial Engineering or related departments Minimum 9 years of experience in demand planning, ideally in FMCG and/or Chemical sector Advanced user of MS Office applications, SAP know-how is plus English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management  Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Team management experience is preferred
