The Specialist is responsible for spearheading the business plan and strategy development for Nissan after-sales service, with a primary focus on delivering value to both customers and the brand. This role involves direct oversight of monthly financial closes, prepare reports for senior executives at both Nissan and INFINITI to support decision-making processes, tracking relevant aftersales KPIs, and taking the lead in developing comprehensive business plans.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze implemented business strategies and plans monthly to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 

Ensuring effective communication with overseas teams and local functions to facilitate collaboration and alignment in achieving business objectives.

Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to after-sales activities, and providing detailed reports on monthly financial closures, highlighting areas of success and areas needing attention.

Prepare and deliver weekly reports on sales performance, including both sell-in and sell-out metrics, to provide insights and support informed decision-making by senior executives at Nissan & INFINITI.

Propose initiatives aimed at increasing profitability and enhancing the brand positioning through innovative strategies and market insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. 

At least 3 years of experience in finance, administration, or related areas.

Experience in preparing presentations and tracking KPIs, as well as reporting to senior management.

Computer Skills: Powerpoint, Excel (pivot tables, data cross-referencing and conditional formatting).

Ability to express ideas clearly in both Spanish and English without difficulty.

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Visual Basic (VBA) or Tableau or Thinkcell

Competencies:

Skill in processing information efficiently.

Analytical critical thinking.
