The ideal candidate is an analytical individual with great attention to detail and an ability to multitask and shift priorities efficiently. **Duties and Responsibilities** •Maintain essential IT operations including Marketplace Portal, Customer Pricing Tool (CPT) and DIMS requests. • Manage enhancement projects and testing. • Analyze client requests for portal customizations, coordinate with CLP Developers when necessary to determine whether requests are viable, and work on next steps. • Provide portal demos for potential new clients, catered to each client’s needs. • Coordinate with B2B integration project stakeholders to ensure correct catalog feeds are available. • Perform portal administration tasks, including user/user group/security group administration, permissions, policies, and research event errors. • Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company. **Basic Qualifications** • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT, System Admin or related field. • 0 - 2 years of related experience. • Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to operate under pressure managing multiple demanding situations and priorities in an effective manner. • Project coordination/management experience. • Comprehensive spoken and written English **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with or knowledge of HTML. • Experience in project management and application design and integration. • Experience with Microsoft O365.
