Job Description

Business Consultancy

Advise local management teams on specific compliance activities or processes (sales and marketing activities, processes, etc.)

Develop expertise related to implementation of local compliance policies, activities and processes

Policies & Procedures

Support implementation for the incorporation of global policies / divisional or regional guidance into local SOPs.

Participate in the development, review, revision, and distribution of local SOPs (with the appropriate business owner)

Provide interpretative guidance


Trainings

Establish compliance training requirements and identify target audience, and coordinate training efforts

Deliver train the trainer training (for compliance training programs)

Provide interpretation and training on global & local guidance


Monitoring

Periodically provide monitoring / control processes for the following risk areas – review CME activities; financial interactions with HCP (Health Care Professional); grants, donations and charitable contributions; internal FCPA/anti-bribery process control with spot checks

Periodically provide data to be reported for local monitoring / control processes for FCPA/anti bribery system implementation, e-event system reporting, sample management report, etc.


Compliance Issues Visibility & Responses

Provide support in fact finding stage of compliance investigations, which will include, but not limited to, going to the field to collect information, retrieving and checking documentation.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

Minimum Bachelor degree from any major

Preferably having experience in Legal / Compliance in pharmaceutical industry

Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues

Good knowledge on health sector laws and regulations

Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)

Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities

Attention to detail

Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue
