\nAbout the Role:
\n As a Business Process Analyst, you will support the delivery of shared services within the Commercial Solutions organization. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll focus on transforming business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving innovation through optimization and automation. You will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful solutions to ensure the business operates effectively and efficiently while meeting compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
\n\n Working closely with management to review current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.\n Managing process assessments and schedules with management to ensure consistent evaluation and tracking.\n Preparing detailed progress reports for senior management, documenting findings, recommendations, and action plans.\n Conducting audits and inspections to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and the improvement of services across business units.\n Analyzing existing business processes to identify challenges and implement innovative solutions for process improvement.\n Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and best practices.\n Utilizing a highly analytical and data-driven approach to solve problems and provide actionable insights.\n Communicating complex concepts effectively to influence stakeholders and adopt best practices.\n\nRequirements:
\n\n Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.\n Demonstrate extensive experience analyzing, managing, and improving business processes.\n Exhibit expertise in solving complex problems and driving innovative solutions.\n Lead functional projects and provide impactful recommendations for operational improvement.\n Leverage strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to influence key stakeholders.\n Apply strong knowledge of business process automation and innovation methodologies.\n Interpret business challenges to recommend best practices for improvement.\n Possess excellent communication skills to deliver insights and reports to senior management and stakeholders.\n\n\n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $97,000-$126,000
