In this position, you will be tasked with analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements and implementing automation tools within acute and ambulatory healthcare organizations. The objective is to enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and overall service quality.
The ideal candidate must possess a robust background in healthcare operations, exceptional analytical capabilities, and proficient communication skills with diverse teams. The candidate is expected to remain abreast of industry trends and best practices and leverage this knowledge to assist organizations in navigating the complexities of the healthcare sector. Contact Center healthcare process improvement and/or 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (front end experience would do)3+ years of experience with Process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma3+ years of experience in Project Management, managing multiple projectsExperience in facilitating training sessions and workshopsRCM background, in an Acute settingProven ability to work independently and as part of a teamProven exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProven excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProven solid organizational skills and attention to detail
