Business Process Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will work as part of CSO's Business Process & Systems (BPS) Team, and will be the primary point of contact for both business end users and IT resources to define and roll out solutions. Will work across functional boundaries to elicit, document business requirements, create solutions and implement changes that add value to the organization.
Role is:
+ Responsible for requirements management and planning. Work closely with Business users across CSO to understand business processes, needs and requirements.
+ Communicate with IT resources to ensure developed solutions are delivered with correct functionality and are on-time.
+ Perform the following aspects of analyzing and creating business solutions: Define, collect, document, and manage requirements, create test plans, test solution, provide user trainings and basic provide basic support. (This does not include developing the solution itself)
+ Create process documentation/workflows/mockups/wireframes and facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on projects and process improvements and clearly defined end to end use cases
+ Communicate the status of projects requirements to stakeholders as needed, including the CSO senior staff; escalate issues as needed. Point of contact for any issues and concerns for project requirements.
+ Perform troubleshooting for errors to help replicate and identify cause of problems.
+ May have to handle project coordination/management tasks.
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Education Required:
+ At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
+ CSO Business processes knowledge and familiarity required
+ Process oriented and strong documentation/diagramming skills
+ Good in oral and written communication skills, conflict management and relationship skills
+ Strong analytical and negotiation skills
+ Experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements
+ Above average knowledge in Microsoft applications
+ Experience in project management is an advantage
