About the role:

As a Business Process Analyst at Collective, you will play a crucial role in our digital transformation journey, analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across our organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, develop innovative process solutions, and support their implementation to achieve our business objectives and better serve our businesses-of-one members. ⚒️ Responsibilities:

Process Analysis and Improvement Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives Perform data analysis to support process improvement initiatives, particularly focusing on optimizing services for our businesses-of-one members Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to illustrate current and future state processes Design and recommend process improvements, ensuring alignment with Collective's goals and industry best practices Digital Transformation Play a key role in Collective's digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage technology for process improvement Collaborate with IT and product teams to implement digital solutions that streamline operations and enhance service delivery Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions Customer Experience Enhancement Utilize customer journey mapping techniques to identify and improve key touchpoints for both internal and external customers Collaborate with the customer success team to implement process improvements that directly enhance customer satisfaction and experience Analyze customer feedback and data to drive process improvements that positively impact user experience Strategic Contribution Participate in strategic decision-making processes, providing data-driven insights to inform company direction Contribute to scalability initiatives, ensuring that processes can support Collective's rapid growth Identify and propose innovative solutions that can give Collective a competitive edge in serving businesses-of-one Stakeholder Engagement and Project Management Engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather insights and build consensus on process improvements Communicate process changes and benefits to stakeholders, providing training and support as needed Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive process improvement discussions and decisions Manage process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure successful implementation Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues that may impact project outcomes Performance Measurement Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements Monitor and analyze process performance, and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of process changes and identify further improvement opportunities
