Business Process Analyst

The Accounting Process Management (APM) is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join the Quote to Contract Process team.  In this role, you will focus on process management for capabilities supporting the Quote to Contract value stream, including the Deal Management organization.

What you will do:

Document and analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvements

Design new or changes to existing processes to adapt for new tools, drive increased process efficiencies, and/or meet changing business needs

Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional global team alignment

Drive cross-functional process improvement efforts, including engaging with and managing global stakeholders

Support business enablement and change management activities, including documentation, training, and communications.

Manage your process initiatives and plan for future initiatives utilizing tools such as Smartsheet and Jira

Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities

Ensure process alignment with business controls and compliance

What you will bring:

5+ years experience in a process management or consulting role, or experience within the Opportunity to Cash value stream

Strong technical and business communication skills, including building presentations

Demonstrated experience leading work with global, culturally diverse, cross-functional stakeholder teams

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to prioritize competing requirements and advocate for positive change

Consulting, project management, or change management experience is considered a plus

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (or related field)

Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, and process documentation software such as Signavio

The salary range for this position is $103,290.00 - $170,500.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
