Role: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Analyst to assess and refine USCIS’s business processes to align with enterprise architecture and IT modernization goals. This role requires identifying gaps, creating process models, and supporting business process reengineering initiatives. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments of "As-Is" business processes and develop "To-Be" models. Facilitate Business Process Working Group sessions with stakeholders. Identify gaps in business processes and recommend IT solutions. Develop detailed documentation, including process flow diagrams and impact assessments. Collaborate with EA and IT teams to align business processes with strategic goals. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and modeling. Expertise in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Lucidchart, Visio). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Lean principles. Preferred/Nice to Have Skills: Experience with USCIS or federal agency processes. Six Sigma or Lean certification.
