Business Process Analyst
Description o Role Overview: The Business Process Analyst plays a critical role in identifying documenting analyzing and recommending process enhancements within the Global Finance organization. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data document processes perform assessments and propose process improvements. Callouts: - This role will support Finance projects and processes. o Responsibilities: Assess current performance perform root cause analysis and develop solutions for global finance processes Work with process owners and subject matter experts to accurately document current processes as it relates to current focus areas. Assist measuring and reporting on process performance Analyze existing processes and performance to identify gaps and areas for improvement in alignment to the Global Finance Transformation Goals. Propose process changes including workflow adjustments automation and best practices. Assist in implementing process improvement projects and monitor their effectiveness. Document process changes and maintain process documentation. Coordinate with program / project leads on plan executionAssist with the development of project charters and gathering relevant information Provide training and support to team members on new processes.
