They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, product management, and functional owners, to align strategy and execution. The teams manage competitive bidding, negotiation, contracting, and continuous improvement processes for their assigned commodities or services while working across business units and regions to leverage TE's global capabilities.
