Our client near Burlington MA is seeking a Business Process Analyst with strong experience in documenting and analyzing business processes. This is supporting their global finance operations and candidates with process mapping experience are a great fit.

This role requires 3 days a week onsite near Burlington MA

THe rate is $44/hr and this is a 4+ month contract role

Process Analyst Requirements:Assess performance, conduct root cause analysis, and develop finance process solutions.Document current processes with process owners and SMEs.Measure and report process performance.Identify gaps and improvements aligned with Global Finance Transformation Goals.Recommend workflow changes, automation, and best practices.Support process improvement projects and track effectiveness.Maintain process documentation.Coordinate with project leads on execution.Assist in project charters and information gathering.Train and support teams on new processes.Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
