PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,800 – $92,900 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for reengineering, driving efficiency, cost savings, and value creation Develop detailed process maps, documentation, and data-driven insights to set performance baselines and prioritize improvement opportunities Assess feasibility, dependencies, and potential impacts of proposed changes on business performance, team member engagement, and guest satisfaction Create and execute clear roadmaps for process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, resource constraints, and strategic goals Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and leadership to implement, monitor, and adjust process improvements based on feedback and performance metrics More about you Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, industrial engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis, preferably within the hospitality industry Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools such as Visio and Lucidchart, data analysis software such as Excel and Tableau, and project management tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification is a plus Shift detailsMonday to Friday
