Job Description

This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week)

The Business Process Analyst is a valuable resource that partners with Sales and Operations to drive business solutions and processes through data.

Manages and improves key sales processes including POS, sales financial forecasts, customer rebates and sales goal management (these processes all have weekly/monthly/yearly cycles).Develops and maintains contract management program.Provides support for demand planning and sales analysis; displays data in a way that helps manage business operations, primarily sales, to drive and review business processes.Creates reporting tools necessary to improve visibility of sales performance or processes managed.Develops Technical expertise in BI@PT (Bosch’s data warehouse), Power BI and other software packages to be a technical resource to other departments.Provides standard monthly, weekly and daily reporting as assigned and relevant

QualificationsBachelors Degree required, preferably in Business/Data Analytics or 8 years of commensurate experienceCreative Problem Solving SkillsStrong Communication, Collaboration & Presentation skillsHigh Business Acumen, previous work experience in a business analyst or data analyst roleAdvanced skill level in Microsoft ExcelDocusign experiance strangly prefered Systems OrientedAbility to work cross functionally and with all levels of the organization

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000 to $125,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
