Role Definition
Assists in developing, testing and implementing application systems.

This role is targeting candidates with 5+ Years of Salesforce experience. A Salesforce Business Analyst partners with the business to improve processes and facilitate efficiencies. A Salesforce BA delivers on projects to identify and address business challenges and creates data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities & Technical Skills:

Identify requirements: BAs gather requirements from business stakeholders and document them in ADO as features and user stories. Designing and prototyping, testing, impact assessments and estimating effort, and defining support procedures.

Agile Delivery: Proven Experience delivering digital products utilizing an Agile framework, LEAN tools and techniques, and learning and iterating frequently.

Design solutions: BAs create configurable solutions in Salesforce to address business needs 

Communicate: BAs act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration 

Create documentation: BAs document user stories, business requirements, functional requirements, and use cases and supporting acceptance criteria.

Prepare reports: BAs prepare technical reports and visual dashboards using statistical methods and BI tools 

Salesforce Platform Skills:

Skilled in building and managing Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) sites, including theming, branding, and component development.

Strong expertise in the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

Training and Documentation: Proficient in creating training materials and conducting workshops for end-users.

Problem-solving: BAs use their analytical skills to identify problems and create solutions. Strong ability to recommend innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Communication: BAs use verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders. Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service departments.

Attention to detail: BAs pay close attention to detail when gathering and analyzing information 

Data preparation: BAs use data preparation tools to filter, cleanse, and transform data for analysis 

** Not required but preferred Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications.

•    Analyze business requirements and contribute to designing and testing solutions for multiple projects to meet business needs.
•    Participate in preparing requirements documentation required in application system development.
•    Contribute solutions for business applications, including testing and documenting capabilities.
•    Provides application support to end users of software programs.

•    Works with specific development platforms, system and program design tools.
•    Participates in the technical design of a specific application.
•    Selects and presents design alternatives for applications of small to medium complexity.

Implementation: Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design).

•    Tracks problems associated with the quality and effectiveness of application software.
•    Researches the benefits and drawbacks of an organization's application software.
•    Drafts application software usage for the department's needs.
•    Provides instant support for end users of application software.
•    Implements a specific application software under the supervision of management.

Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
 Level Extensive Experience: 
•    Plays an active or leading role in recording and storing requirement documents in various forms.
•    Ensures the successful completion of all major activities, tasks and deliverables pertaining to the requirement analysis stage.
•    Supervises the advanced use of requirements analysis tools and services, including prototyping and use cases.
•    Produces detailed functional and information requirements models and documentation.
•    Trains others on requirements walkthroughs and quality reviews.
•    Utilizes automated diagramming tools to ensure traceability of requirements.

System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.

•    Assists with current and planned integration initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary for this role ranges from $92,880.00 - $148,608.00. Actual salary will be based on experience. Total rewards package, beyond base salary included:
