We’re looking for a Business Process Associate to join our team at MBPS. This role is responsible for processing, analyzing, and completing financial and nonfinancial transactions within pre-set service turn-around-time with quality standards. The job purpose is to ensure that the processors can meet individual and team goals in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Key Responsibilities:
Process and capture information to system according to established methods and proceduresConstantly increase the number of knowledgeable functions handled by the team. Handle transactions accurately with minimum supervision Conduct in-depth analysis on all clients’ requests and make effective decisions whenever necessary. Assist colleagues during business peak season or high-volume days. Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics. Ensure that all cases assigned are completed within the turn-around-time. Consistently meet the service targets set by the company at the soonest possible time.
