Responsibilities\n
\u2022 Support customer inquiries regarding MAC, eSO technical and navigational assistance, profile activation.
\u2022 MAC operations and data entry into MaID
\u2022 Perform quality assurance and address hygiene in MaID entries.
\u2022 Handle customer inquiries on MaID\/MAC issues.
\u2022 Participate in education \/ awareness \/ testing for business continuity readiness to ensure effectiveness.
\u2022 Adhere to procedures and departmental improvement guidelines as well as risk identification.
\u2022 Communicate and escalate customer issues to management.
\u2022 Ensure that all MAC requests are thoroughly reviewed and actioned as appropriate.
\u2022 Other duties as assigned\n
Qualifications:\n
\u2022High school Diploma or equivalent
\u2022 Internship or relevant coursework in business process management, operations, or a related area is a plus, but not required.
\u2022 Basic analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data.
\u2022 Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
\u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
\u2022 Exposure to process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus but not mandatory.
\u2022 Basic understanding of process improvement concepts such as Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage but not required.
\u2022 Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
\u2022 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to group projects.
\u2022 Willingness to learn new skills, processes, and tools quickly.
\u2022 Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
\u2022 A proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to team goals.
\u2022 A basic understanding of customer service principles and a desire to support client satisfaction.
\u2022 Any relevant coursework or certifications in business process management or project management are a plus, but not required.\n
