Sabre Travel Solutions is looking for a talented Business Process Consultant Intern to join the Management Consulting Team.
In this role, you will complement a diverse team who have broad travel technology and consultant expertise. This team establishes the holistic value opportunity of the partnership between Sabre, travel agencies, airlines and travel suppliers. The Business Process Consultant Intern will contribute to the teams efforts on driving results and articulating Sabre's value proposition. You are a great fit for this role is you thrive on giving structure where there is otherwise ambiguity, have strong financial and technical acumen, and put these skills to work to drive results.
Our team is looking for a Business Process Consultant Intern who will report to the Management Consulting leader in our Sabre office. This is a high-impact opportunity to develop and drive the strategic direction for one of the leading global travel technology companies.
**Role and Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with team to create deliverables that synthesize raw data through analysis into recommendations for improving client's or internal organizations, strategy, technology, and operations.
+ Assist with current customer project engagements happening during your internship timeframe, including planning an engagement, participating in client interviews, workflow reviews and process mapping, time and motion observations, data cleaning, analysis, and solutions, and preparing results and recommendations for the client.
+ Lead personal projects in parallel to deliver an assigned project related to the industry within the allocated timeline of the internship. Projects will challenge your creativity, time management, research, and analytical skills.
**Preferred Qualifications and Education:**
+ Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program for Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other Engineering fields with a graduation date of August 2025 or later
+ Excellent Interpersonal communication (verbal and written), team-working abilities, and demonstrative time management skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
+ Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
+ Must have an affinity for the travel and technology industry
+ Experienced in strategic thinking with business process re-design
+ Bonus: Six Sigma certification
+ Bonus: Experience with Tableau or QlikView
