Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Be responsible for crafting and developing infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow APM to meet business requirements. Lead all aspects of the implementation and integration of ServiceNow APM with existing systems to ensure detailed operations Provide technical mentorship and support to the development team ensuring standard processes are followed Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs and challenges Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure solutions ensuring visibility and accuracy Conduct regular assessments and optimizations of infrastructure to improve performance and reliability Implement security measures and protocols to protect infrastructure and data integrity Supervise infrastructure performance and address issues to ensure minimal downtime Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies to drive innovation Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all infrastructure projects Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions for team members and partners Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align infrastructure goals with business objectives Chip into the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and methodologies

Position Qualifications:

At least 11 to 14 years of experience with ServiceNow Required skills: ServiceNow ITOM, ServiceNow CSDM, ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow APM, and ServiceNow ITAM Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow APM demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and applications Have a good background in IT infrastructure development and management with a focus on ServiceNow technologies Show strength in integrating ServiceNow APM with other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM GRC and Security Operations Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to fix and resolve sophisticated infrastructure issues Show good communication and teamwork skills enabling effective partnership and team member engagement

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/16/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $73,000 and $116,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
