Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

This position is responsible for improving business processes through the analysis of current operations, recommending innovative solutions, and utilizing new technologies. The role focuses on enhancing customer and employee experiences, increasing productivity, and reducing operational costs. Furthermore, it involves project management, overseeing the development and implementation of solutions, and coordinating training programs for improved processes.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Provides Business Process Design & Improvement support within a defined organizational area or for assigned processes or process components.

Engages with functional/operational leaders to understand business systems, processes, objectives, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Identifies how new information technologies can support process optimization.

Establishes metrics for process measurement, identifying areas for improvement.

Designs process diagrams and evaluates current processes.

Measures performance against process requirements.

Supports and occasionally leads cross-functional project teams as needed.

Partners with internal and/or external process/design experts to:

Create new processes, policies, and solutions to support business objectives.

Develops formalized documents, methods, and procedures based on business requirements.

Analyze workflows and identify issues, bottlenecks, or other areas for effectiveness or efficiency improvement.

Provide necessary process education and training.

Helps support the project team by consistently and timely deploying changes, capturing risks, minimizing disruptions, and ensuring successful implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field

Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.

Must be comfortable working in situations that may be unfamiliar but can find solutions with support.

Preferred  

Basic understanding of the implications of emerging technologies.

Exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in continuously expanding their knowledge base.

Demonstrated ability to ask insightful questions, explore new ideas, and seek innovative solutions is highly preferred.
