Compensation includes a base salary of $77,800.00 - $116,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Job Description
The Business Process Design and Improvement Analyst is responsible for the consistency and integrity of data within the Manheim software systems for the Business Operations Center. They will become an expert in Manheim Fee data and related business process operations. The Business Process Design and Improvement Analyst will proactively identify, research, and resolve fee issues and system anomalies, along with creating & maintaining Operational reporting. They should be able to suggest data and/or process improvements. The Business Process Design and Improvement Analyst will need to collaborate cross functionally with leaders and have general understanding of accounting & finance. They will need to be able to document standard operating procedures and data flow. Work in a team environment to perform data entry, testing and/or pushing data to production environments.
The Senior Analyst will provide support to the Business Operations Center with primary responsibilities including reference and research services regarding client data and client bank information. Must have strong communication skills both oral and written. Ability to speak effectively and respond to common inquiries and exhibit a high degree of responsiveness, diplomacy, and professionalism. A tolerance for uncertainty and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision and collaborate with other members of the team. Understand various automotive documentation and transactions as they relate to automobile sales and leasing, vehicle sales taxes, customer data, banking data & payment processes.
Responsible for responding to time sensitive customer requests.
Responsible for downloading, processing & notifying teams of appropriate bank related tasks resulting from ACH returns.
Responsible for banking origination report resolution.
Responsible for notifying clients of any client account challenges that may impact their ability to sell or buy.
Importing of bank accounts to other internal systems.
Responsible for managing & resolving customer alert notifications.
Support & resolving customer inquiries or issues via ticketing system.
Support & coordinate customer data integrity via syncing with multiple internal & external systems.
Coordinate & Manage Client banking documents such as ACH documentation and prenote files.
Coordinate with internal/external teams regarding customer account mergers, acquisitions or divestitures.
Maintain client files and monthly reporting.
Support compliance related tasks.
Provide backup coverage for BOC -CDM support staff.
Manage & coordinate customer data testing with Technology
Responsible for monitoring ACH return ratio to stay NACHA compliant
Input and review data in spreadsheets, databases, or other departmental systems to update content and generate various reports.
Setup & coordinate 3rd party inspector access & issues.
Coordination with Corporate Compliance & Security teams on corporate related issues, training, etc.
Interact directly with business customers to address support needs.
Handle special assignments when assigned.
Obtain and develop knowledge of department’s focus and corporate disciplines.
Use prescribed methods to identity and resolve straightforward issues.
Escalate more complex items to senior staff.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
1 - 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and equipment required.
Oracle experience required 3-5 years
SQL experience recommended.
Effective communication skills required.
Must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience with varying office equipment (i.e. 10 key, copier, fax, etc.)
Good computer software skills necessary. Must possess basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity.
Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
