Business Process Design Lead

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Process Design Consultant to join our team.  This is a Remote role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Represent ManTech in client facing, highly visible rolesServes as the team’s Business Consultant providing business process design services to customers to include collecting and analyzing data, developing solutions, and making recommendations to improve organizational productivityWorks directly with Asset Management Subject Matter Experts and the Project Manager and interfacing directly with the consultantCollects information about what customer organizations do, their primary goals, and how they operateIdentifies existing and potential issues for customers to include identifying inconsistencies, redundancies, or inefficiencies in various aspects of the organization, and makes recommended adjustments to resolve or prevent themWorks closely with customer process owners, senior leaders, and other team members to address the opportunities for improvement identified and makes suggestions for how customers can operate more efficiently and effectivelySupports analysis of alternatives for improving organizations and business processes and develops comprehensive documenting strategies to help organize and record new processesCreates roadmaps for customers to follow in support of improved business processesDevelops strategic planning documents to create executable paths for business and process improvementOrchestrates coordination between stakeholders and performs planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetings

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business5+ years of relevant experienceStrong grasp of business process mapping processes and documentationStrong data gathering and analysis skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood research, writing, and presentation skillsExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrable business and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Developed roadmaps and strategic plans for public sector clientsExperience with real property and asset management focused clients and systems

Security Clearance Requirements:

US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printerThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,900-$141,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
