Business Process Engineer
Description

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Business Process Engineer to collaborate with the Government to assess current operations and business processes through the examination of organization's mission, strategic goals, and customer needs, which begin at the strategic level and progresses down through the stakeholder organization. You will facilitate Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts and engages stakeholder organizations to fully define the processes, business rules, and relationships that drive operations. You will apply improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization of projects.

Requirements:

Experience in coordinating between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering effortsExperience in performing activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurementsExperience in enabling transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectivesExperience in making recommendations for standard operating procedures (SOP) across multiple organizations throughout the Government enterprise and document configuration requirements, business rules, functional and system requirementsExperience in assisting in defining and documenting a capability delivery roadmap that defines the functionality details and sequence from the Initial Operating Capability (IOC) to Final Operating Capability (FOC) sequenceExperience in participating with the integrated product team (IPT) and other stakeholders to establish trade-off criteria, process gap analysis, and document potential solutions that maximize the use of existing COTS tool functionalityFive (5) years’ experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile technologies, Six Sigma) for GOT integration programs is required Seven (7) years’ experience conducting BPR activities is requiredA Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or business discipline from an accredited College or UniversityActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
