Clearance: Current TS JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position shall perform the following (to include, but not limited to) activities: Collaborates with the Government to assess current operations and business processes through the examination of organization's mission, strategic goals, and customer needs which begin at the strategic level and progresses down through the stakeholder organization. Facilitates Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts and engages stakeholder organizations to fully define the processes, business rules, and relationships that drive operations. Make recommendations for standard operating procedures (SOP) across multiple organizations throughout the Government enterprise. Apply process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization of projects. Responsible for transitioning of existing organizations or project teams in accomplishing the organization’s goals or project activities and objectives through improved use of corporate tools and other automated processes REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree in information technology or business discipline from an accredited college or university and 7 years’ experience conducting BPR activities is required. Five (5) years’ experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Agile technologies, Six Sigma) for GOT integration programs is required.
