This role if for the fixed term contract up to 18 months with potential prolongation.

Your role:
As a Procurement Subject Matter Expert, you will be a vital member of the Life Science ERP project build and/or rollout teams within the procurement organization, collaborating closely with key stakeholders including S2P, I2P teams, Master Data, Governance, Global Operations, Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will need to build strong relationships across departments, so effective communication and collaboration skills will be crucial part of your role. You will be involved in multiple life science projects enabling successful direct and intercompany procurement process automation. You will also gather, validate, and manage requirements for SAP MM (Sourcing and Procurement) modules ensuring alignment with business objectives with focus on direct and intercompany procurement. Part of if reffers to understanding of the integration concepts with other SAP modules (SCM, PPDS, Finance). Provide inputs and support in preparation for master and transactional data migration and change management during the implementation of new processes and systems.

 

Who you are:

Detailed understanding of direct and intercompany procurement processes.Good understanding of SAP tools that enable direct procurement: SAP MM (Sourcing and Procurement) and cross functional collaborations with other modules: SCM, PPDS, Finance.Strong analytical skills to assess procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to positively influence stakeholders.Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives.Strong customer orientation and a deep understanding of business requirements, high level of determination and self-motivation.Project Management Communications preferred.openess to travel up to 10%
