The Business Process Improvement will be located in Lawrenceville, GA and will be responsible for working with all Process Gases Businesses .

Process Analysis:

Collaborate with the Business Process Improvement (BPI) team to identify strategies for achieving efficiencies and process improvements for all Process Gases Businesses.

Analyze current processes, reports, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.

Analyze data to identify performance metrics and process improvement opportunities.

Identify and address control gaps, communicating corrective actions to relevant stakeholders.

Map and document existing business processes using tools like flowcharts and process diagrams.

Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand current workflows and pain points.

Analyze data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.

Measure outcomes of quality improvements using metrics and benchmarking criteria.

Improvement Planning:

Identify potential solutions to address process inefficiencies.

Develop detailed improvement plans with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Document quality initiatives, systems, processes, projects, and manuals.

Facilitate brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams.

Implementation and Change Management:

Implement new processes and procedures, including training employees.

Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation process.

Monitor the effectiveness of changes and make adjustments as needed.

Reporting and Communication:

Present findings and recommendations to PG senior management and business team leads.

Clearly communicate process changes to all impacted teams.

Maintain detailed documentation of process improvements and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) experience preferred - Figma, LucidChart, etc.

Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Strong planning, organizational, communication skills, and basic project management experience.

Proficient with databases and reporting - SQL, Access, PowerBI, etc.

Flexibility to cover other time zones when other associates are on PTO.

Flexibility to work long periods, including nights/weekends during emergency/system down situations.

Provide ad hoc day-to-day support for all PG business processes and systems.

Ability to travel up to 5 weeks per year.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis, quality, engineering, business analysis, software development, or other relevant business functions.
