Key Responsibilities + Spearhead performance improvement initiatives, ensuring impactful results that align with strategic goals. + Utilize Lean process improvement methodologies to optimize key performance measures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. + Leverage advanced data analysis to design and build tools that drive smart, informed decision-making across the organization. + Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, shaping strategies and solutions with measurable results. + Lead the development and delivery of training programs to embed quality and process improvement principles across teams. + Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure accuracy and transparency in data reporting, building dynamic dashboards and reports that empower teams. + Strengthen relationships with system leaders, driving alignment and fostering innovation across all levels of the organization. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field, or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. + Certification in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proven expertise in analyzing complex data sets to deliver actionable insights. + Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects. + A passion for fostering high performance, collaboration, and delivering top-tier service outcomes.
