We are looking for a Business Process Management and Transformational Change Lead to be a key partner in driving efficient decision making and transformative change across Development, Manufacturing & Supply Chain to join our team based in our campus site in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

 

About the Role

 

Are you a strategic, proactive, and collaborative leader?

We are seeking a Business Process Management and Transformational Change Lead to streamline our business processes and enable successful transformational programs.

In this role, you will continuously enhance the Business Process Framework within the Patient Supply Domain, ensuring clear process ownership and accountability across all functions. You will foster cross-unit collaboration, focus on process improvement. Additionally, your role is crucial in driving effective organizational change. You will assess the impact of proposed transformations, develop effective strategies for managing transitions, and engage stakeholders throughout the process. Your ability to communicate and provide training will ensure the successful adoption of changes across the organization.

 

Who You Will Work With

 

You will become part of the Patient Supply Programs & Governance team.

Together, you will work closely with Patient Supply senior management, transversal/local process owners, transformational program managers and the UCB Culture & Org Dev & Transformation team to integrate process management and change methodologies into daily practices. You will also interact with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of changes across the organization.

 

What You Will Do 

 

You define, implement & maintain the Patient Supply Business Process Framework.You collaborate with Patient Supply senior management to integrate Process Management as a standard management practice.You ensure process ownership and accountabilities are well defined.You ensure Business Process Management works efficiently through identifying and addressing gaps and reporting on progress fostering continuous improvement.You drive organizational change through assessing impacts and developing strategies.You engage stakeholders actively at all levels.You create communication plans and define training programs.You lead specific change initiatives and advise senior management.

 

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

 

Master's degree in a relevant field.At least 10- year proven experience in Process Management, Project Management, or Change Management.Proven experience in leading company-wide change management initiatives.Strong orientation toward end-to-end process performance and strategic planning.Excellent communication and influencing and coaching skills.Fluent in French and English.
