Ericsson Federal is hiring an Administrative Director supporting Ericsson Federal Technologies Group. In this role, you will directly support the CEO and President of EFTG and the Board of Directors as well as other leaders and employees of the team.

In this exciting role, you will:
•    Managing the Agenda for the quarterly FOCI Board meetings, including capturing the minutes, developing the actions items, documenting the resulting responses, and reporting back to the Board
•    Manage/document EFTG Senior Management engagements with Ericsson senior managers and follow the appropriate request procedures with DCSA
•    Manage FOCI Board member calendars as related to EFTG messaging and customer meetings
•    Work with the Board, CEO, COO and CFO in preparation for DCSA audits
•    Use superior organizational skills to manage and support scheduling, call follow-up, triage, and decision making.  
•    Manage travel associated planning and arrangements
•    Provide effective support with the preparation, execution and follow-up of board meetings, special events (including teambuilding and employee engagement activities), training, and workshops (i.e. internal and offsite meetings, etc.) which includes creating the agenda, making travel arrangements, preparing, and disseminating meeting materials and information
•    Drive improvement and implementation of administrative processes
•    Partner, network, and communicate effectively with other assistants within and outside the organization

 

To be successful in this role, you should have:

•    10 years minimum as an Administrative Assistant, including 6 years minimum as an Executive Administrative Assistant and 10 years of experience working in a large, international corporate environment and/or in a federal government contracting environment 
•    Extensive experience with arrangement of complex schedules, time management and logistics, across multiple time zones; global experience preferred
•    On a limited basis, the flexibility to communicate and complete tasks during non-traditional working hours
•    Self-driven professional with the ability to manage through ambiguity, and independently run activities with minimal supervision
•    Superior problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on structure and execution
•    Strong work ethic, high integrity, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
•    High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, government leaders, staff, customers and community leaders 
•    Excellent communication skills and executive presence
•    Currently hold a security clearance
