About the Opportunity

As an experienced Business Process Manager you will get the opportunity to be a part of the Process Excellence and Innovation Team of Sanofi Business Operations. You will provide guidance for process modellization and evaluate our current business processes with internal stakeholders (e.g. Research to Develop, Plan to Manufacture, Purchase to Pay, Account to Report, Customer invoice to Cash, Contracting and Human Resources), as well as identifying and recommending process improvement opportunities with best in class technologies like Process Intelligence tools.

To ensure success, you should be able to make a deep dive into a process, master business process management or have experience in a similar role. Also excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders is a strong requirement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible to translate Business Process expertise into the realization of our business's long-term objectives across Sanofi globally.

The following key activities will be performed by this role:

Act as a central point of knowledge for Signavio Tool and BPMN 2.0 methodologyEducating business users responsible for managing and operating business processesContribute to Project execution and Transition Projects as well as support of ad hoc requestsAnalyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processesAct as quality gatekeeper in business process approval workflowsPerforming process evaluation to identify improvement opportunitiesFacilitating Business Process workshops with stakeholdersPresenting progress reports and integrating feedbackReporting status of ongoing initiatives to Key StakeholdersManage business requirements about Process management tool configuration (evaluate user requests, manage configuration projects with Digital)

Expected Skills

Systems :Process Intelligence:Business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL),Experience with Process modelling and collaboration tools (Signavio, Aris, etc.)Analytical experience in Process Mining tools (Celonis, QPR, e.t.c.)Business Systems:Knowledge of transactional / back office systems or reporting systems (SAP, Workday, eBuy/ Coupa, …)

Processes:Process assessment, modelling, and harmonization tools and techniques (e.g. Lean. 6Sigma)Strong analytical skillsProject management:Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PM Methodology, Agile / Scrum)Requirements gathering skills, able to understand analyze and visualize Processes and data.Strong delivery orientation - converting strategy and “plans into action” to realize sustainable business valueStakeholder focus as we are a service provider teamTransversal mindset and ability to work across processes, geographies, languages, cultures and business maturity levelsGood presentation skills with the ability to present non-technical details to a technical

audience and vice versa

Good written English skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation Fluency in English is mandatory

Background and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or in a related field.A Master's degree in business administration will be advantageous.At least three years' experience in business process management in a related industry.Proficiency in business management software, such as SignavioExcellent recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience of working in a Global Business Services environmentTeam player - complex projects require a strong team
