Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as Business Process Manager (O2C).
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, and improve O2C processes to enhance efficiency and alignment with business goals.Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and standardization within O2C.Collaborate with finance, sales, customer service, and IT to streamline end-to-end workflows.Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.Promote BPM best practices and establish clear roles, responsibilities, and training.Lead initiatives to upskill teams in BPM methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN).Implement process governance and maintain O2C workflow consistency and scalability.Track and report O2C KPIs, providing actionable insights.Use process intelligence tools (e.g., Celonis) for performance monitoring and improvement.Act as a bridge between business units, IT, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on O2C initiatives.Lead workshops and meetings to map and improve current processes.Partner with IT to integrate BPM tools with ERP and CRM systems.

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field 5+ years in BPM or O2C process management.Expertise in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Signavio)Familiarity with process intelligence platforms (e.g., Celonis).Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in O2C processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Travel is expected.
