What you do
• Makes proposals for new initiatives or projects to optimize operational and business processes.
• Visualize, model and document appropriately through diagrams and procedures new business processes.
• Creates simulation models of new and existing business processes using appropriate software applications, testing and operational analysis.
• Participates in the functionality tests when accepting new applications and improvements, as well as in their implementation in real operation, tied to the work processes.
• Prepares business tasks for the development of software solutions for the implementation of the new processes.
• Develops and builds new processes in cooperation with the bank's functional departments in accordance with the legal framework and the Bank's policy.
• Prepares models for analysis and control of operational activity through key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyzes key indicators (KPIs). Summarizes and collects information for the calculation and analysis of key indicators for the effectiveness of business processes in the Bank (KPIs).
• Supports project management based on standardized methods, processes and tools.
• Performs analysis of new and existing applications in accordance with the accepted standards for information assurance of the bank.
• Participates in the analysis of received business requirements from the point of view of the development strategy of the Bank's Information System.
• Prepares tasks for developing software solutions based on received functional characteristics.
• Assists in preparing a task for automated service of information related to the activity, control and management of business processes in the bank.
• Organizes the work on preparation, reporting and control of the status and deadlines of implementation of projects and initiatives, assists in determining the scope and objectives of new projects in the bank, as well as organizational structure, planning of project tasks.
• Follows a standardized method of calculating the financial benefits of each project and initiative, by standardizing the methodology for preparing the cost and benefit analysis (Cost Benefit Analysis).
