The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and improving business process models using BPMN. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. **Your Tasks:** + **Process Modeling:** + Create and maintain business process models using BPMN standards. + Work with various departments to gather information on existing processes. + Create clear and comprehensive process maps to illustrate workflow, inputs, outputs, and dependencies. + Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. + Work with SMEs, Process Owners and project teams to design future state process models to streamline and optimize operations. + **Process Mining:** + Utilize process mining software (e.g., Celonis, ARIS, Disco, etc.) to analyze process data. + Extract and prepare data from various systems for process mining activities. + Identify patterns, deviations, and areas for improvement in business processes. + Monitor and measure the impact of process changes. + **Data Analysis:** + Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to support process mining initiatives. + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommendations. + **Collaboration:** + Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives. + Present status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. + Assist in implementing process improvements and monitoring their impact. + Provide training and support to team members on BPMN best practices. **Your Profile:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or a related field. + Advanced English – Ability to conduct business globally with stakeholders + Basic understanding of process mapping and process mining concepts is a plus + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, ARIS, or similar) and process mining software (e.g., ARIS, Celonis, Disco or similar) is a plus. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent organizational skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. + Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus. **Req ID** : R-10924 **Job Family Group** : Engineering **Job Family** : EN Engineering EOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
