About the Role

\n

Conduent is seeking a Business Process Outsourcing - Sourcing & Procurement Leader for our Finance, Accounting, and Procurement (FA&P) practice. In this role, you will build a world-class sourcing and procurement service offering led by digital solutions and technical innovation. You will leverage your expertise in spend analytics, strategic sourcing, operational procurement, and contract management across various industries and technology platforms to advance our capabilities and enhance our value proposition for clients. A forward-thinking approach with thought leadership in emerging technologies, such as spend analytics, market intelligence, automation, and blockchain, is essential.

Responsibilities

\n\n Leading the vision of Conduent’s offering in spend analytics, strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and contract management/recovery services\n Researching technologies, best practices, and market demand to develop products for FA&P clients and prospects\n Writing white papers, case studies, and blogs to demonstrate thought leadership\n Collaborating with Conduent sales leadership and marketing to develop client-facing collateral\n Working closely with client partners, sales leadership, and solution architects to present, solution, and propose new business\n Creating technology requirements and configuration documentation with operations, supporting IT during development, testing, and pilots\n Conducting monthly sales training to educate and create client interaction opportunities\n Ensuring best practices are delivered in operations to align with client expectations\n Engaging with internal Conduent FA&P personnel to identify synergies that increase client value\n\n

Requirements

\n\n Hold a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a related field\n Possess a minimum of 15 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, contract management, and spend analytics\n Have at least 10 years of experience in a client-facing role as a consultant or BPO service provider\n Demonstrate 5 years of experience in product development with enabling technology solutions\n Operate knowledge of various ERPs and eProcurement technologies\n Have experience working with Fortune Global 500 companies and across industries\n\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n\n MBA degree\n Direct purchasing and supply chain experience\n Experience with Source-to-Pay marketing campaigns (e.g., webinars, blogs, white papers)\n\n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $116,250-$155,000
