Within Digitization Chapter of Services LoB, manage a portfolio of complex projects, across multiple platforms, that enable the scalability of the E2E services business process and robustness of offer data flows through digitization and integration with authoritative data sources.
Business objective\: standardization of Services Offering (Offer 2.0) is a major driver for Services growth through easiness to quote, to attach services to capex, faster implementation in geographies, efficiency, and alignment of business process across different BU’s
Projects scope\:
-Build the E2E business process in our global tools for transactionalized offers (starting with EcoCare for Electrical Distribution) from selection / quotation to order booking to execution to renewal, and with best user's experience. Platforms \: CPQ/FSC, ERP federation, BFS and services tools.
-Build the integration of the E2E business process with authoritative sources (PIM, PDM) to feed CPQ/FSC, ERP’s, BFS with offer data on robust and scalable manner
Main missions
-Build and coordinate project teams to meet project objectives (Services LoB chapters, Schneider Digital, D&Q…)
-Define project milestones, from specifications (from offer team) up to E2E testing sign-off, with a particular attention on 1. requirement clarification and translation into detailed specification, 2. regular feedback loop with business stakeholders and users (mock-up, demo sessions, etc.) and 3. Testing preparation and UAT testing
-Ensure each milestone, as well as project deliverables, are met on time and with high quality standard ; anticipate risks and mitigate.
-Manage steering committee as key decision body
-ensure regular and crisp communication on project progress to all stakeholders
-Support 1st pilot countries in deployment phase and hypercare
