SUMMARY

We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA experts for the role of Business Process Senior Consultant to work in the Customer facing projects of the Consumer Industries Practice at Cloud ERP, SAP Adoption Services Center.

 

THE ROLE

The Business Process Senior Consultant will be part of our teams and involves in helping our Life Sciences (LS) Industry or Consumer Product (CPG) Customers across the world in their Digital Transformation journey to SAP S/4HANA using our Integrated Delivery Model based services.

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

 

Drives business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions Maps business processes to solution requirements Helps position disruptive business innovation Supports the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise Drives change management to achieve business transformation objectives Supports end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards Participates in transition planning of customer solution landscapes Drives deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries Supports pre-sales activities Performs solution reviews and feasibility studies Supports escalated projects Occasionally takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivery Supports line manager(s) in people development tasks Delivers customer workshops and trainings Supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success Introduces SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience Creates project documentation and documentation of delivered services Supports the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; can be owner of a service and/or supports updates to the portfolio Supports in solution testing and issue resolution > Can mentor business process consultants

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Educational requirements:

Minimum educational requirement – Graduation from a reputed institute Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutes preferred, although not mandatory SAP Certification in any of SAP Modules strongly recommended.

Domain expertise:

Should have been associated with Life Sciences industries or Consumer Product domain in functional side before coming into IT side. Should have very good understanding of SAP Cloud Portfolio and Industry cloud applications. Should be able to relate to SAP’s solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry. Solution architecting abilities in the Life sciences Industry with any expertise in any of logistics areas. Experience in Implementing ERP ECC or S/4HANA in Life Sciences Industry or Consumer Product customers is mandatory, module can be any one within Logistics area Should have exposure to GXP formalities and implication to the Application package implementations.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Application specific expert consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support) Supporting escalated projects Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews Support of pre-sales activities (license and consulting) Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks

Solution expertise:

Should have at least 3 to 5 end-to-end ERP or S/4HANA implementations with experience in leading any of Logistics tracks (OTC or PTP or SCM) in projects. Deep Knowledge of Master data, processes and functionalities offered in S/4HANA in any of the logistics areas. Proven experience of handling integrations with other modules (MM, CS, FICO, PP, PM) and Industry cloud Applications. Solution expertise in the areas of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce (Cloud or On-Premises) expected with certifications. Knowledge of Customer experience Solutions and integration with S4HANA is an added advantage.

Soft skills:

Excellent presentation, Communication, and networking skills. Strong Analytical skills and self-driven. A team player with the ability to work well with other team members across different locations with exceptional interpersonal, team building and coordination skills.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 105,200-228,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
