Business Process Specialist (11591)

Description

To assist with continuous improvement in the review, analysis and implementation of changes which impact workflow and processes across Private Bank Operations.

Description of Skills and Experience:

A minimum of 3 years work experience required in related operational or business analyst roles BCom or Business Analysis degree or certification (advantageous) Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to identify potential gaps in processes/systems Ability to prioritise and run multiple projects/process enhancements depending on business need Must be able to work with multiple deadlines across various reviews to ensure the effective delivery of projects/enhancements within an operational environment Draft business requirement specifications and assist IT with technical specification requirements Co-ordinate business testing and training in conjunction with change requests Stakeholder engagement and updates in conjunction with the applicable change Work closely with Private Bank Operations Change Manager on process rollouts and training Operational process and Private Bank product knowledge or experience in Banking sector will be beneficial Risk conscious solution driven mindset
