Business Analysis
Perform business and functional requirements documentation on solution development or enhancement Facilitate discussion and elicitation of right information from relevant sources Analyze business and functional requirements and integrate process, data and systems in terms of business needs and problems (including BCM, value stream and enterprise impact) and in alignment with the architectural domains (business, data, application, technology)Business Process Analysis and Improvement
Perform graphical representation of current and future operational mode of process using business process tools. Analyze current and future operational models by breaking down the models into components or details and extract the right information from relevant sources Perform business process documentation (policy, guideline, procedure) Gather, collate, consolidate data accurately and in sufficient detail from internal or external sources Evaluate and analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively, and recommend improvements based on systematic problem solving toolsProject Document Management
Ensures that there is a strong document management process within PDE. This involves the following functions; Efficiently manage the documents of the Organization Develop, update, and automate an efficient PDE Document Management SystemsOthers;
Conforms to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and Information Security Management Systems policies, standards, procedures and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 27001 Standards.
