The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes across various functions to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. This role requires a thorough understanding of business process management, excellent analytical skills, large data analysis and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Analysis and Design
Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. Some of the information systems includes SAP, Salesforce, JunoAnalyze and optimize data flow between different systems.Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.Work with stakeholders to redesign processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Lead and support business process improvement initiatives,Monitor and measure the impact of process changes, ensuring sustainability and continuous enhancement.Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize advanced statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.Knowledge of predictive models and algorithms to forecast key business metrics such as sales, customer behavior, and market demand.Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions that drive business value.Stay current with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies to solve business problems.Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track process efficiency and effectiveness.Prepare and present reports on process performance, improvement opportunities, and project progress to senior management.Mobility Americas - Salesforce Business Key User
