The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide.
**Scope of Position**
The Business Process Transformation office is commissioned to drive the company’s multi-year enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation from 31 disparate and aging ERP systems across Corning to 3 instances of SAP S/4 HANA. The consolidation of Corning’s current ERP application environments onto a common platform will enable the delivery of enhanced functional capabilities, business efficiencies, increased agility, and a lower ERP cost structure for the company. The ERPT team will ensure Corning has an enterprise-wide approach to the transformation supporting the migration of our businesses before, during, and after their implementations. As the Transformation Analyst, Enterprise Platform, you will be a key member of the team that focuses on advising and shaping the Global Template functionality and you will provide insights into improving operational efficiency, drive the adoption of analytics solutions and drive insights across business processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Analyze existing business processes through mining or modeling to identify areas for operational efficiency improvement
+ Identify blockers and bottlenecks which impede operational efficiency and work with the appropriate function to address and improve the process
+ Set up Process Mining models and work with key stakeholders to analyze end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights
+ Business Process Modeling: Proficiently use Modeling software like Signavio to create detailed business process models including process flows, creating a standard data dictionary, and documenting core business systems and processes. Able to create process models in adherence to Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards
+ Collaborate with cross-functional and divisional teams to gather process-related information to ensure accurate representation in models
+ Document changes to business processes as new functionality is introduced to the Global Template
+ Provide best practice guidelines and develop plans to improve the adoption of business process management
+ Facilitate meetings to ensure these strategic objectives are on track to deliver against milestones and intervene as necessary to address roadblocks
+ Generate and maintain artifacts such as, project plans or status reports
+ Frequently connect with program stakeholders to ensure project continuity and success

**Experiences/Education - Required**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Management, or related program.
+ Proficiency in Signavio or a similar Business Process Management tools
+ Experience in Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) or similar process documentation framework
+ 5+ years in Business Process Management
+ Proficiency in using Structured Query Language (SQL) or similar type of programming language
+ Strong focus on data accuracy and the ability to identify trends, outliers and opportunities in complex datasets
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driving decisions
+ Aptitude to break down complex problems into manageable goals and drive to timely decisions
+ Ability to communicate complex business/technical challenges in a simplified manner
+ Proven experience developing and standardizing processes, frameworks, and methodologies for large-scale transformation projects
**Desired & Soft Skills**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite including Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI a plus
+ Experience working in virtual teams
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business needs
+ SAP domain experience
+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating technical solutions into business value.
+ Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management
+ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies
+ Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadlines, ambiguity and adjusting priorities as needed

The range for this position is $116,946.00 - $160,802.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
